Arrival Time

Arrive 10 minutes early to fill out your consultation form and unwind before your treatment begins.

Late Arrival

Arriving late may shorten your session. Please call or text us if you expect a delay.

Payment & Deposit

Pay in advance at reception or online. A €60 deposit applies for bookings with 2+ people. For 2+ hour sessions, a 50% deposit is required.

Gift Vouchers

Available online or at reception. Sent via email within 24 hours and make a perfect relaxing gift.

On Arrival

Our staff will guide you to your treatment room. Towels and blankets are provided for comfort.

During the Session

Treatments are tailored to your needs. Communicate your preferred pressure and inform us of any discomfort.

After the Session

Your therapist will step out so you can dress. Tipping is optional and goes directly to your therapist.

Massage Frequency

For maximum benefits, schedule massages weekly or as recommended by your therapist.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable.

Health Conditions

Inform us about allergies, injuries, or medical conditions when booking your session.

Loss or Damage

We recommend removing jewelry and valuables. We are not responsible for any loss or damage.
