BOOKING POLICY

All bookings including online bookings are subject to availability during listed opening hours. Management reserve the right to cancel or change bookings on occasion. Gift voucher bookings are also subject to availability and are non-refundable. For online bookings, clients will be required to pay a €50 deposit where there are 2 or more people with a payment ahead of the appointment date. Please do not pay the deposit until we confirm the time is available, we will email you to confirm.

DEPOSITS

A 50% payment in advance is required for 2 or more hours booked. All booking deposits are non-refundable if appointments are not Canceled within 24-hour notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

With all booking cancellations, Thai Massage must be notified 24 hours in advance of the booking date and time. Any payments made for treatments in advance, including deposit payments, are strictly non-refundable and only credits are offered where bookings are canceled within the allowed timeframe. Unfortunately, we cannot take any personal circumstances into account, we have one policy for all clients and will not make any exceptions on this. For vouchers, there is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Thai Massage is not obliged to offer an alternative appointment if you miss your appointment using a voucher.
